From the first conversation to the finished machine
An efficient process flow is at the centre of our cooperation. We attach importance to this in our cooperation and adjust the configuration of the machines accordingly. We rely on our flexible modular system with components from our network partners.
Planning & Consulting
The cooperation begins with your inquiry and first discussions. Together we define your requirements and the purpose of the machine. Already in this first phase you benefit from our expertise in efficient manufacturing processes and the machine design in a flexible modular system. On the basis of our discussions, we draw up an initial quotation, which gives you guidelines on the production technology and the price of your machine. If you agree with this assessment, the detailed elaboration of the machine layout will begin.
Design & Offer
In the following adjustments we determine the parameters of your machine exactly, in particular the required accuracy decides about the high-tech components with which we equip the cast body of the machine tool. The final order is placed on the basis of a detailed offer with layout drawing.
Production
After the approval of the offer we start with the sourcing. We obtain the solid cast constructions from certified, international suppliers and equip them individually with high-tech components, which mainly come from well-known manufacturers in Germany. Our network partners deliver outstanding quality at the best price. Step by step we assemble the machine and set it up at our location in Ennepetal. The complete assembly at our plant in Germany turns your machine into a quality product Made in Germany. This is also where acceptance takes place before delivery to the worldwide production sites of our customers.
Commissioning, assembly & training
Following acceptance in Germany, installation and commissioning will take place on your premises. Our GMW service team of experienced technicians, engineers and partners is on the road worldwide to ensure the smooth integration of the machine into the production process on site. Our team will also train your employees.
After Sales
Our support continues even after commissioning. We offer you a worldwide after-sales service – as immediate assistance by telephone and with a service technician within 48 hours. Our audited technology partners Bosch, Heidenhain and Siemens also support you worldwide with their service networks.
