Our machine tools

The flat beds are designed as 2-lane, 3-lane or 4-lane beds depending on the stress and workpiece weights. The guideways can be flame-hardened as well as carbide strips, a solution with screwed-on carbide guideways is also possible. Depending on customer requirements, the machines can be equipped as CNC machines with Siemens 828 D, 840 DSL or, on request, with Fanuc controls. Conventional machines for simple machining are also available.

Here we adapt the machine assemblies such as the stand and table sections to the requirements of the workpiece geometry and the workpiece weight. We also adjust the spindle speeds to the required chip removal rates, as far as this is technologically feasible with the machine design. Depending on customer requirements, the machines can be equipped as CNC machines with Siemens 828 D, 840 DSL or, on request, with Fanuc controls. Conventional machines for simple machining are also available.

In coordination with our customers and the workpieces to be machined, we determine the size of the machine and determine the design as a machine with a moving table or as a moving column machine (gantry). We also determine the number of milling heads and their design in consultation with our customers. The implementation of the specifications is precisely documented in the manufacturer’s works and checked by our employees on site. Conventional machines for simple machining are also available.
