The basic bodies of the machines are designed as cast bodies with high quality and strength. These cast bodies are machined in-house on high-quality production machines.
The movement components that are important for the machine’s functions are purchased from renowned, internationally operating suppliers. Only bearings, motion spindles, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics from brand manufacturers are used! Also all further components of the machines, for the completion of the individual building groups, are used only by point manufacturers.
With tool changer, chip conveyor and splash guard cabin, our vertical lathes meet the modern requirements of production. Depending on your requirements, multi-axis machining is also possible for drilling and milling workpieces. Thanks to our network of technology partners, it is also possible to respond to the wishes of our customers with custom-made products.
If a machine is to fulfil a special purpose, the basic machine is supplied and the extension is carried out by our specialist companies in Germany, in close consultation with the customer, according to the customer’s wishes. It goes without saying that every machine, whether standard version or special model, is tested and equipped according to the safety requirements of the German market.
The service, also after the sales process, is an extremely important aspect in the support of our customers. Since our delivery program also includes other machine types, we would like to win our customers for further machine purchases by competent support.
