The respective design, with the respective technical data, is agreed in consultation with the buyer and his requirements, then built according to specifications. Depending on the demands and workpiece weights, the beds are manufactured as flat or inclined bed versions. The flat beds are designed as 2 / 3 or 4 lane beds, depending on the load and use.

The guideways can be flame-hardened or designed with carbide strips, a solution with screwed-on carbide guideways is also possible.
Depending on customer requirements, the machines can be equipped as CNC machines with Siemens 828 D, 840 DSL or, on request, with Fanuc controls. Conventional machines for simple machining are also available. Thanks to our network of technology partners, it is also possible to respond to the wishes of our customers with custom-made products.
If a machine is to fulfil a special purpose, the basic machine is delivered and the expansion is carried out by our specialist companies in Germany, in close consultation with the customer.
It goes without saying that every machine, whether standard version or special model, is tested and equipped according to the safety requirements of the German market. The service, also after the sales process, is an extremely important aspect for the support of our customers.
